Doug Pinelli has dedicated his career to the WKFC team, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of growth and leadership. After earning his degree in Management Technology from SUNY Farmingdale in 2008, Doug began his journey at WKFC Agency, Inc. as a Claims Assistant under the mentorship of Robert Klipera. Guided by Robert’s leadership, Doug advanced through a series of roles including Claims Analyst and ultimately Chief Claims Officer, a position he assumed in 2022. Leveraging his extensive experience in claims management, carrier relations, and data analytics, Doug now serves as the Director of Portfolio Solutions at WKFC. He holds a broker’s license and has earned the Associates in Claim (AIC) designation from the Institutes. Throughout his tenure, Doug has led the implementation of strategic initiatives focused on driving underwriting profitability and enhancing underwriting discipline.
